Key Responsibilities
1) Requirement analysis (40%) 2) Project management (40%) 3) Coaching (10%) 4) Other duties i.e. ensuring high quality and short time to market (10%)
Candidate will have opportunity to:
1) Leading/paricipating in workshops with IT fellows and Business representatives from all over the world 2) Exposure to external IT teams i.e. Swiss Exchange 3) Work in fully setup Scrum team, cooperate with other similar Scrum teams 4) Be involved in communication with other colleagues in locations, such as Zurich, London
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Experience in SCRUM
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1) Certified SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner 2) Finance/Banking experience
