Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Communicate with project stakeholders to visualize business processes and elicit business needs
- Transform business needs into customer requirements
- Manage transformation of customer requirements into Solution design
- Develop and manage requirement specifications
- Provide analytical support in incidents investigation
- Work in distributed team based in Kiev, Cracow, London with deep level of communication inside of international team.
- Facilitating business/domain knowledge improvement within the team as part of strategic initiative.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and managing requirements as part of software development projects
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Understanding of Investment Banking fundamentals, knowledge of different financial instruments or trade flow systems would be a plus
- IT or finance higher education
- Good understanding and experience with different software development methodologies: Iterative and Agile based
- Skills in business modelling and relevant notations, requirements specification writing
- Experience with SDLC supporting tools: Jira/Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Office package
- Understanding of relational databases concept, SQL fundamentals
- Fluent spoken/written English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

You will be working on the systems that form a core strategic platform for Fixed Income sales. The development team is distributed between Kiev, Krakow, Singapore and UK.
