Responsibilites
- Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering for global Treasury IT projects
- Eliciting, analysing, documenting, specifying and managing requirements and business processes for projects and programs such as the Liquidity Management program, or regulatory reporting projects, internal technical improvements and solutions
- Working in an agile environment
- Communication with the different teams and stakeholders within Credit Suisse
- Involvement at a global level in a multi-cultural team
- Ensuring that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across own deliverables
- Ensuring the creation of adequate documentation
Requirements
- University degree, equal education or qualifying experience in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology
- Experience in business analysis in IT projects
- Banking products know-how is a big plus
- Very good communication skills in English
- Readiness for working in a fast paced atmosphere
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in an agile team
- Ability to fit into a global team

We offer
Working on projects related to Treasury DWH: TECH (Treasury Enrichment, Calculations and Harmonization) to support the data sourcing strategy, data convergence strategy and Treasury specific, common calculations and enrichments for different financial products and financial data. Additionally required IT BA will work on projects related to other applications and technical improvements in scope of Treasury IT as well as on projects related to regulatory requirements.
