Responsibilites
Required person is meant to become excellent linking IT world with customer's stakeholders. Ideally she/he should have technical background and SDLC understanding from one side and excellent communication and presentation skills from the other side.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize and analyze client-side requests
- Facilitate backlog items refinement with development team, ensure requirements quality and understanding by the team
- Prepare requirements artifacts in form of user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications
- Visualize requirements flow, identify and eliminate blockers and bottlenecks
- Organize sprint review and provide feedback to the team
- Learn business domain, eventually become a subject matter expert
- Understand business priorities and communicate them to development team
- Manage client expectations
Requirements
Required:
- Experience in investment banking (electronic markets, bonds)
- Fluent English
- Software Development experience
- Experience interacting directly with english-speaking end business representatives
- Excellent communicator and team player, fast learner, open-minded
- Readiness and eagerness to dive into the domain area
Desired:
- Experience in FIX Protocol
- Experience in Java programming
- Experience in ION Protocol
- Experience with Scrum framework
- IIBA certificates
