Responsibilites
This Specialist will work in global project team distributed across multiple locations and he will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Specifies the interfaces to upstream and downstream applications: attribute and domain value mapping
- Defines data migration strategy and creates detailed migration plan incl. migration risk, milestones, quality and sign-off details
- Designs, plans and manages the data migration process and transformation
- Establishes rules for data quality and plans and owns the data cleansing activities
- Works with SMEs and project team to identify, define, collate, document the data migration requirements.
- Coordinates resources preparing data migration (cleansing, manual entry etc.)
Requirements
Mandatory skills:
- Basic knowledge about Project Portfolio Mgmt.. and good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with analyzing and specifying interfaces and definition of data migration
- Worked in large scale organization and distributed teams
- Ability to work in an independent, systematic and structured manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to display initiative and commitment, as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- A very good command of English (oral and written)
Optional skills:
- Knowledge of CA PPM:

We will introduce the Project Portfolio Management Solution of Computer Associates (CA PPM, aka Clarity) for our global IT organization. We are looking for a Specialist who investigates and specifies the interfaces from and to CA PPM for Portfolio and Demand Mgmt.. CA PPM will replace several existing application for which this specialist will define the required data migration.
