You will be responsible for analysis of one of current processes. You need to be able to challenge the business in order to understand current processes, updated and create process description. Provide know-how documentation as well as education for transition purposes. Based on the currently manual processes you will look for automation opportunities (e.g. Messaging Exception Handling).
- Solid experience (5+ years) as Business Analyst in preferably financial messaging (Market / Clearing Connection like SWIFT, SEPA, EBA, TARGET2, FED, CHIPS, SIC etc.)
- Knowledge of Compliance and Sanction Screening is an advantage but we aim to provide a stage in Ops Competence Centre for a few days / weeks
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working
- Professional documentation skills: generating of detailed process documentation (e.g. UML/ use case modeling .etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Be able to understand end-to-end processes
- Proactive acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- A very good command of English

- German speaking skills

As a Business Analyst you will be engaged with finding solutions to business problems of the banking industry, the analysis of current processes and functionalities as well as with the generation of new business specifications.
