Responsibilites
- Requirements gathering, analysis and refinement
- Regular communication with stakeholders and participation in conf calls
- Assistance with analysis of prod incidents
- Communication with other IT teams across the stack
- Creating user stories & documenting acceptance criteria
- Preparing business knowledge trainings
- Product validation & testing
Requirements
- Fixed income instruments knowledge
- Market risk understanding or electronic trading of OTC products would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge sharing and coaching attitude
- JIRA and Confluence experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with software development team as a BA
- Excel with VBA
- SQL
- Linux/Unix environment
- Fluent English and Polish
We offer
The software that we develop is a new project that will be used on daily basis by Customer’s traders operating on fixed income instruments. It will provide them with aggregated view on the results of risk analysis conducted by number of existing bank systems. We extract data from multiple sources (files, web services, JMS, etc) using ETL architecture. Data is transformed, pre-aggregated and routed to third party toolkit that is capable of performing large scale data aggregation and presentation via web interface.
The project is run using Scrum, we do TDD, continuous integration, automated acceptance testing and SOLID Design.
