Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Analyzing business requirements provided by business
- Communicating with users, architects and development team to understand the requirements and agree on solutions
- Planning and conduct requirements elicitation sessions, specification walk-throughs and solution demos
- Creating functional specifications
- Supporting testers and developers during development, QA and UAT phases
- Keeping track of the progress of assigned tasks, report status to Project Manager
- Be a trusted advisor for our business subject matter experts concerning business application functionality and capabilities, support of the development of business cases.
Requirements
- Education in computer science, or in a technical program with further education in business administration.
- Proven track record in the Business Analysis domain, certification (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
- Solid experience with all phases of software development lifecycle would be beneficial.
- Understanding of FX derivatives products and business processes front-to-back.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and teamwork-oriented approach.
- Strong management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated way of working.
- Fluency in English is required.
