Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
Work with our client business users / stakeholders to produce business and functional requirements that will be implemented offshore
- Be responsible for the overall product quality from a business user perspective.
- Be nice and build a good relationship with business users and on-site/off-site teams.
- Be proactive and foresee project perspective from business point of view.
- Assist project manager and team lead in explaining to the client why some task is required to be done and why it takes estimated time.
Requirements
Must have:
- Extensive professional experience in business and functional analysis (8+ years of relevant professional experience, 6+ years of proven experience as BA)
- Outstanding analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis including creating of data process documentation and diagrams, UML understanding
- IT background
- Experience in working with foreign customers
- Fluent English skills, with demonstrable skills in both verbal and written English
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels
Nice to have:
- Investment banking and financial markets background
- Agile background
- Web applications experience
- Good knowledge in SQL
- German language
We offer
Project is about Credit Risk Management tool for monitoring the credit risk of derivatives transactions and is the front end some Credit Risk engine. The following information is available into the system:
- Daily COB feeds
- Counterparty details
- Portfolio level data for 2 consecutive COBs and historical for twelve months
- Daily Collateral feed
- Access to trade level data
- User profiles
- Analysis Screen for collateralised counterparties appended with an historical data screen
- Group Level Reporting
