Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Identify, analyse and break down business requirements (e.g. data sources, interfaces, business logic and quality) and work directly with the business, Change team, IT project lead, IT developers etc. to understand business requirements, objectives and specifications,
- Build up know-how on related business processes, business data and IT applications,
- Document business requirements and functional specifications as per firm standards,
- Active involvement in solution finding within the project (close collaboration with business and IT and other clients/stake holders),
- Support development team on design, logic, architecture and testing - including interfaces from source to target applications according to architectural standards.
- Work closely with test teams to ensure requirements traceability and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master University Degree or equal qualifying experience,
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering preferably in banking IT projects,
- Experience in financial data & processes, understanding of Treasury function and Trade processing very desirable,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English),
- Experience in documenting requirements, specifications, etc.
- Experience in requirements traceability & test case documentation,
- Knowledge of project lifecycle, delivery methodologies; full project lifecycle experience,
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated; strong team player with ability to work in a global environment.
