Candidate will work closely with stakeholders and development teams based in Wroclaw and Zurich.
The key activities of this role are:
- Interact with business representatives in Trading, Product Control, Financial Accounting, Credit Risk and Operations.
- Participate in or lead gathering of the business requirements and their documentation.
- Proactively propose IT and document pragmatic IT solutions satisfying the given timelines, requirements and budget constraints.
- Organize and lead UAT together with IT testing team and business testers

Above are required to:

In addition there would be a role for line management of a team of business analysts.
- University degree in computer science, electrical engineering or business administration.
- Fluency in English
- Experience of working in Agile methodologies; understanding and practical usage of Agile tools and approaches
- 10+ years experience (5+ years for band 3) as a business analyst, with the following specific experiences
o Deep knowledge of OTC and Securities products
o Front to back STP implementation of investment products
o Proven experience as business analyst across the following business functions
- Sales and Execution
- Trading and Trading Risk
- Market Risk and Credit Risk
- Product Control and Financial Accounting
- Operations
- Client Reporting
- Regulatory Reporting
Technical background is a big advantage and appreciated asset. In particular knowledge in following technologies: SQL, C# or Java, web services and automated testing.
The position is within the Project, is responsible for all sales and trading activities across all geographic locations globally.
Different framework is intended to establish a standard for margin rules and aims to apply robust risk mitigation techniques to reduce the counterparty credit risk between systemically important counterparties present in global markets.
In addition, there are many other projects and initiatives in front to back processing, e.g. trade storage, risk calculation and related data processing.
