Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Work in a global project team and be the lead Business Analyst within the anti-virus uplift project
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the existing global anti-virus estate
- Identify additional business requirements
- Produce a gap analysis
- Contribute towards defining a future state design
- Document all findings, and help obtain stakeholder consensus and sign-off
- Develop operating models, governance frameworks, RACI, KPI, and SLA's
Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 1-3 years of Business Analysis experience
- Be detail-oriented and experienced at documenting facts, requirements and solutions with clarity and detail
- Be skilled at creating consensus among stakeholders on controversial points so clear conclusions/decisions are reached and protocolled
- Be a structured problem solver who can juggle multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel
- Self-starter, can work independently
- Analytical, highly organised and structured
- University Degree in a technology area or equivalent industry experience
Desirable
- Have previously worked in global organizations - covering multiple time zones and crossing multiple departments
- Good understanding of all aspects of IT Security and experience in IT security implementations
- Background in Financial Services Industry preferred
- Knowledge of project management and SDLC preferred
