Currently for our Client – international retail company based in Denmark, we are searching a:
Senior Business Controller / Analyst

Responsibilities:
- HR Analytics and Reporting of HR processes and HR performance linked to financial performance
- Linking data within the following HR processes: Recruitment, personality/IQ tests, attrition, engagement, absence, performance, potential, career, compensation and benefit, talent, organization, leadership
- Linking the abovementioned HR metrics to financial performance
- Developing XLS reports
- Preparation of detailed and summary reports to top management and other stakeholders
- Automatizing and standardizing existing reports, processes and data flow
- Maintaining, developing and proposing procedures system for making reports
- Explaining variances from target and report significant issues to management
Requirements:
- An expert in Excel reporting including in depth knowledge of pivot tables
- Possess analytical capabilities from a senior position within Finance or similar
- Knowledge within HR/SAP HR would be an advantage
- Have at least 3-5 years’ work experience within a large corporate company or a business consultancy/controlling on similar position
- Master’s degree within finance, economics or equivalent, other with relevant experience
- Very good English written and spoken is a must
- Excellent analytical and management reporting skills
- Able to work independently with small supervision
- Proactive, solution and business-oriented. Always seeks to provide a solution of highest quality
- Personal drive and work well under pressure and with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, diverse and multicultural environment
