Senior Business / Functional Analyst

1. Work with our Client business users / analysts to produce business and functional requirements that will be implemented offshore.
2. Ensure that requirements are understood by development team, check requirements completion during all phases of development.
3. Be proactive and foresee project perspective from business point of view.
4. Be responsible for the overall product quality from a business user perspective.
5. Be nice and build a good relationship with business users and on-site/off-site teams.
6. Help project manager and team lead to explain to the client why some task is required to be done and why it takes estimated time.

Must have:

Business / Functional analysis 2+

Requirements documentation, UML understanding, diagrams creation 2+

SQL skills basics 2

Working with foreign customers 1+

Communication skills are very important.

Nice to have:

Basic financial background

Web applications basics

Basics of Lotus Domino language / applications architecture

German language

Oracle

Good understanding and some programming experience

Agile background is a plus

Current team size 50+ people structured in agile sub-teams 7-9 people each. Delivery methodology SCRUM. Our client is a specialized domain in the bank which uses its expertise in risk management and provides other units and their financial clients with bespoke solutions to implement best practice risk management methodologies, structures, processes and systems, and deliver effective asset servicing solutions.
