Senior C++ Developer

Responsibilites
- Work as a member of development and support team for existing IT system.
- Participate in new features development for existing components (clarify business requirements, design required changes, provide effort estimations, do coding, unit testing, develop test scenarios and support further release phases)
- Participate in Level 2 and 3 Production support: promptly react on alerts from a monitoring system and GSD requests in chat, implement production changes; analyze logs, solve issues.
- Deploy implemented changes to Production
Requirements
- Work as a member of development and support team for existing IT system.
- Participate in new features development for existing components (clarify business requirements, design required changes, provide effort estimations, do coding, unit testing, develop test scenarios and support further release phases)
- Overall understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts
- Excellent knowledge in C++
- Java skills (knowledge of language is important, knowledge of common frameworks or libraries is not so important) Preferably experience with high-performance networking and ideally experience with market data or trading systems.
- Minimum 5 years experience in C++ on Unix systems (Linux, Solaris).
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Multithreaded development experience and sockets
- Knowledge of STL
- Knowledge of Boost (at least the parts became a part of C++11)
- Ability and desire to write well readable and low latency code.
- Proactive approach to any task assigned
