Client Analytics Technology provides pre-trade and post-trade data, reporting and integrated solutions to support the GM EP business globally across asset classes. TCA (Trade Cost Analysis) is a particular focus that is business critical especially to Agency trading. You can’t run an Agency business without TCA to demonstrate our execution quality and execution performance to our clients – this is particularly important for AES in order to provide some transparency on how we’ve sliced and diced a client’s orders.
CAT is a highly complex area that requires significant SME across technology and business domains. Expertise on trading performance benchmarks, nuances of our markets and their micro-structures, regulatory requirements and more are all critical areas that need to be well understood by the team.
