For our Client, a leading cosmetics company manufacturing and marketing hundreds of make-up, skin care, hair care products, we are currently looking for Candidates willing to fill Senior Category Leader role.
Senior Category Leader is expected to deliver category plans that contribute towards CE cluster business growth. The position reports to Category Manager and will work closely with Brand Managers.
Category Leader will actively drive short-term and long-term plans preparation for given category for all countries within CE cluster and define necessary resources support in order to deliver business growth (margin and space investment). The responsibilities of the role include: managing the growth of entrusted category in the region via optimal marketing mix, planning the sales tool according to the settled KPI's in cooperation with other company's departments (Demand Planning, Campaign Planning, Finance), introducing innovative merchandising mechanisms to strengthen the categories' growth.
The successful candidate will have minimum 3-4 years’ experience in category management (CatMan departments in FMCG companies or experience gained as a Buyer at one of drogeries – it is important to be in charge of any cosmetics category) or trade marketing, perfectly developed analytical skills. Fluent command of English is required.
