Job description
- Management of change requests – validation quality of requests against SLAs and contractual requirements
- Handling email and phone communication with change requesters / coordinators
- Participating in Change Advisory Board meetings, taking notes, answering questions regarding change management process
- Performing post-implementation reviews and closing change requests
- Creating ad-hoc reports
Position purpose
The role is part of the Service Management Integration Centre (SMIC) managing 3rd party organizations to provide high quality processes for our client.
Change Management is a formal and centralised process and is responsible for managing Changes. Change Management team is responsible for protecting client`s ecosystem from unauthorized and bad planned changes in IT environment globally.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of ITIL framework, ITIL certification would be a plus
- Very good time management and communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluency in English language
