About our client
Our client is an internationally recognized private practice present on the Polish market for 20 years. The firm is continuing to develop its corporate, commercial, real estate and employment practices. Currently, they are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious individual to join their Corporate Advisory team. The successful candidate will cooperate directly with the Senior Partner.
Job description
- Cooperate with Managing Associates and Partners in advising multinational clients in legal and fiscal matters
- Take active role in further growth of the Corporate Advisory team by developing new services and winning new clients
- Manage relations with existing clients
- Manage a team of associates and paralegals
Who we are looking for
- Master degree in Law
- Advocate or Legal Adviser qualifications (3+ PQE)
- Excellent corporate law experience gained within an international environment
- International experience will be an advantage
- Previous business development experience combined with success record in selling professional legal advisory services is essential
- Self-starter able to organize time effectively
- Strong communication skills, open-minded, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must, knowledge of other languages (particularly German and/or French) will be an asset
