Senior Cost Engineer
Location: Częstochowa or Gliwice
Your tasks:
- Manage Cost Engineering program for one or more commodities;
- Work closely with Global Purchasing Commodity, Engineering and Product Line team members to support sourcing decisions with cost models per plan;
- Cooperate with suppliers to develop their cost model;
- Develop and apply cost models for analysis of: current product, engineering changes, future product design, material cost increase offset;
- Present the project results to middle and upper management.
Your profile:
- University degree;
- Proven experience within engineering roles (Cost Engineering / Process Engineering / Product Engineering / Sales Engineering / Project Management or VAVE);
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Very good English in speaking and writing;
- Automotive work experience would be advantageous.
