Inviting applications for the role of Senior Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Report, analyze the planning performance of the Ice Cream network comprised of 30+ countries, 10+ factories (customer service, sales, forecast, production, inventory, business waste, supply chain cost),
- Lead the planning improvement activities and projects for the category, drive compliance and efficiency together with Planning Excellence (process/reporting/analytics),
- Own the Business Intelligence, Systems pillars for Ice Cream: participate in the design, testing and implementation of the new IT solutions, monitor adherence and troubleshoot,
- Business partner the planning community: prepare ad-hoc analyses, presentations, offer the necessary training and support, share best practices,
- Ensure high data quality, accuracy of the reports published internally and by external partners,
- Coordinate the annual Business Plan, Responsiveness programs for Ice Cream.
Qualifications:
- Fluent Polish and English
- University degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
- Systems and Business Intelligence skills: PowerBI, SAP/AERA, advanced Excel
- Supply and Demand Planning knowledge, min. 2-3 years of working experience in Planning
- Analytical skills and an ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Fluent English, well-developed communication skills for frequent collaboration with multiple departments at a level ranging from Specialist to VP
- Ability to work in a remote environment, building good working relationships with and without face-to-face contact.
