Senior Demand Manager

• Daily review of new requests to qualify and assign them to the right queue.
• Validation of information submitted in requests.
• Ensuring status of requests is reflected accurately in the respective tool.
• Creation and execution of reports.
• Daily review of the demand queue to ensure they are being attended to by the responsible function.
• Manage weekly review session with the different vendors in order to track requests. Raising/changing priority on requests to be processed.
• Weekly follow-up with the functions to close out any outstanding actions and provide feedback to the requestors as to the status of their requests.
• Liaison with the Solution Architects team to verify and qualify incoming requests.
• Identify repeating requests or scope.
• Routing of proposals to the appropriate stakeholder for review, approval and signing.
• Act as point of contact for queries on Requests by actors in the process.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

General

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and ServiceNow.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

• English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Proven Experience in using Microsoft Excel to produce tables and perform advanced data analysis.
• Good understanding of the Requirements Management Process
• ITIL Foundation Level is required

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Good communication skills as the level of interaction with various stakeholders.
