The mission of the BUILD Demand Manager is to ensure timely and accurate processing of the Operational Demand requests being submitted by the countries or other departments for requests across a multi-vendor landscape.
Main tasks:
Daily review of new requests to qualify and assign them to the right queue.
Validation of information submitted in requests
Ensuring status of requests is reflected accurately in the respective tool.
Creation and execution of reports
Daily review of the demand queue to ensure they are being attended to by the responsible function.
Manage weekly review session with the different vendors in order to track requests. Raising/changing priority on requests to be processed.
Weekly follow-up with the functions to close out any outstanding actions and provide feedback to the requestors as to the status of their requests.
Liaison with the Solution Architects team to verify and qualify incoming requests.
Identify repeating requests or scope.
Routing of proposals to the appropriate stakeholder for review, approval and signing.
Act as point of contact for queries on Requests by actors in the process.
General requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and ServiceNow
English language proficiency (both written and spoken)
Proven Experience in using Microsoft Excel to produce tables and perform advanced data analysis.
Good understanding of the Requirements Management Process
ITIL Foundation Level is required
Good communication skills as the level of interaction with various stakeholders is frequent.
