Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Senior F&A Team Leader
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating of accountants team in day to day operations
- Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of accounting processes
- Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measure
- Managing customer satisfaction
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Coordinating all HR aspects (also recruitment if applicable)
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in big multinational company
- Experience in F&A processes would be an asset
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer and business orientation
- Drive for results
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement them
- Stress resistance and ability to manage very dynamically changing environment
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
