We are looking for candidates, who are ready to take part in the transition of R2R, OTC, P2P processes for our Client. The scope involved covers processes: Account reconciliation, Journal Vouchers preparation and posting, Intercompany Accounting, period closing process, Customer Master Data, Cash Application, Collection, Customer queries, Vendor Master Data, Invoice and T&E processing, Payments preparation and execution, Vendor queries.
- Develop an understanding of the current state processes
- Perform R2R, OTC and P2P daily tasks on site initially in legacy systems
- Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions according to GPM
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the R2R, OTC and P2P area
- Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
- Establish very good relationship with the client
- Work closely with TL to manage and develop a team
- Maintain R2R, P2P and OTC scope and described above
- Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Maintain period closing activities
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
- Experience in R2R and/or OTC and PTP area
- Accounting background will be an advantage
- Ability to travel for transition
- Fluent knowledge of one of the following languages is a must: English, Dutch, Italian or Spanish
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- GPM knowledge or GPM alignment experience will be a strong asset
- Transition experience will be an advantage
