Responsibilities:
- Financially lead 13 locations worldwide and keep close contact to the Headquarter in Düsseldorf, Germany
- Work closely together with global Steering R&D Leadership Team
- Ensure proper data quality and consolidation for R&D Steering Engineering worldwide
- Take responsibility for Operational Planning, Actuals & Forecast
- Lead global R&D finance team, develop & optimize reporting and controlling standards
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in the financial area
- At least 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in engineering company
- 3 years of experience on managerial position
- Fluent Exglish
- Willingness to travel min. 30%
