Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilites
- Perform the financial control function for a multi location Division with ~250 on board
- Report directly to division management
- Coordinate the finance planning, forecasting and actuals (PnL in Cognos)
- Control Cash-Flow and A/R status
- Allocate revenue and costs by locations and types
- Perform financial analytics (salary and bonus, discretionary spent, variable-fixed costs, liquidity etc.)
- Do regular reporting to Division and Account Exec Management
Requirements
- Change agent experience (ability to initiate and drive process optimization and improvement)
- Strong Financial Analyst record (evidence of practical experience in all responsibilities above)
- Technical skills in Cognos and Excel (advanced user level)
- Mathematical and/or Financial education
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Financial Modeling experience
- Upper-intermediate English (speaking)
- International financial/accounting certificates are a strong plus
- 1C experience is counted yet marginally
