Senior FP&A Analyst

Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- At least 5 years’ experience gained within an International / Multi-national company, preferably with a US parent;
- 3 years or more of experience in FP&A or management reporting area with exposure to high level management- VPs, Country Directors;
- Proven track record of achievement in financial management within a commercial environment;
- CIMA / ACCA / Economics (finalist) or equivalent would be an advantage;
- Ability to develop financial models to evaluate sales growth initiatives and cost reduction opportunities and make recommendations for improving the overall profit of the Country/Sub-Region;
- Business oriented with the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking by understanding the business environment and its players;
- In-depth knowledge of PC-based budgeting tools, both use and implementation; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting activities, financial planning and analysis;
- Development of financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and margin leverage;
- Active support for Commercial and Operational departments in their Business development, cost reduction opportunities and any other projects;
- Support Sub Regional Management in analysis and projects;
- Develop monthly management reports and other ad hoc reports to highlight business issues and make recommendations for performance improvement and ensure these reports are produced by the agreed deadlines;
- Work with country management teams to understand variances from Plan and report these to senior management as appropriate.
