- Software development / enhancements
- Initial technical analysis of incoming issues
- Resolve incoming incidents and service requests
- Coordinate activities with multiple groups, including deployment and environment support teams
- Applications monitoring
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong native JavaScript experience is a must
- Proficient understanding of web markup and styling languages (HTML5, CSS3, SASS)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks Angular 5, EmberJS is a must
- Software development experience in Swift using iOS or OS X frameworks is highly beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SharePoint platform development experience would be beneficial
- Flexibility in work late hours if required

The client is planning to upgrade his core investment research collaboration platform basing of modern technologies, including:
