Senior Full Stack .NET Software Engineer (WatchGuard video)

We are forming a Scrum team in Motorola Solutions Krakow Software Centre to work on WatchGuard video services. Software engineers would be working on Prosecutor Portal that allows attorneys to manage evidence (video recordings, documents, attachments, notes). The portal is being created in .NET/C# (moving to .NET Core) and JavaScript. We use NServiceBus for backend code. The product is a part of the WatchGuard Evidence Library (https://watchguardvideo.com/software/evidence-library).

We are looking for self-driven full stack .NET/C# software engineers to build the new team. Your responsibilities will include design, implementation, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving WatchGuard services (backend- most effort, frontend - minor effort and development environment).

• You will be a contributing member of the teams that define the technical approach, system and software architecture, and API design of Motorola Solutions next generation in car and wearable law enforcement video devices and the software that supports them. 
• You will create a technical approach and a design for new features that span the organization
• You will explore and define gaps between current platform capabilities, and those needed for new features
• You will work with various engineers and architects within the platforms and products teams to improve our adoption of industry best practices for cloud, on premise, and IoT security.

• Bachelor's degree is required, emphasis in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• At least 4 years experience in .NET/C# programming
• Experience with microservices architecture/distributed computing
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript: ES6+, async/await, callbacks, promises
• Experience and knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software design
• Willing to learn and develop skills
• English language skills at level allowing efficient communication
