Senior Functional Analyst

Responsibilites
- Requirements elicitation from Business Requesters, Business Users and other stakeholders
- Requirements analysis and creation of functional and non-functional requirements (diagrams, use cases, etc.)
- Be the main point of communication regarding the requirements for implementation team
- Facilitate in accepting testing and knowledge transfer for support teams
Requirements
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving
- Great communication skills (written and oral)
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills
- Organizational skills
- Knowing main techniques for requirements elicitation and analysis (interview, workshop, document analysis, etc.)
- Modeling processes using various notations (Activity, Sequence and State diagrams, Use Case, etc.)
- Common system and technology structure knowledges
- Understanding of systems interoperability
- Experience in projects for investment banking sector
- Derivatives knowledge
- English - advanced level
