- Fluent in English
- Excellent communications skills
- University degree in Economics or comparable professional education preferred
- Several years of professional experience in F&A processes (RTR experience preferably)
- German Language (min.B2) nice to have
- Experience in collaborating in multinational and dynamic environment
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing conditions
- High standards of collaboration and strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Accurate and timely posting in general ledger (journals, intercompany transactions, fixed assets transactions)
- Processing IC transactions
- Fixed assets accounting
- Accounts reconciliations
- Performing month-end closing activities
- Preparing reports and breakdowns as required and requested by clients
- Ensuring that transactions are carried out according to corporate policies and statutory regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Acting as main client contact for day to day accounting tasks and ad-hoc requests
