About our client
Our Client is one of the leading companies, distributor of FMCG goods. At present, due to continuous growth and continuous improvement in order to strengthen its Organization, our Client is seeking to recruit a Senior Internal Auditor. The right candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, corporate procedures and policies, local laws and regulations.
Job description
- Plan and execute operational, financial and project audits in Polish and international business units
- Develop the annual audit plan and evaluate processes and controls
- Develop internal control framework and risk management
- Prepare and issue audit reports and recommendations to Management
- Monitor the organization\'s compliance with corporate ethics policies, company policies and procedures, and external requirements
- Monitor timely resolution of issues identified within tested controls
Who we are looking for
- Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) is a requirement
- At least 5 to 6 years experience in a leading audit company or internal audit department in an international organization
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
- Flexibility, analytical skills, openness and pro-activity, decision-maker
- Strong communication skills, open-minded, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment
- Willing to travel (approximately 30%)
- Self-starter able to learn quickly and organize time effectively
- Fluent English
