Our Client is one of the most recognized luxury goods manufacturer worldwide. Due to their further growth in the region, our client is seeking to recruit an open-minded and ambitious professional to strengthen their European Internal Audit team. The successful candidate, located in Warsaw, will work on assignments both in Poland and in the headquarters in Western Europe and will be offered unique possibilities for further development.
- Plan and perform financial and internal control audits of European operations
- Identify business risks and perform process risk assessments, in conjunction with internal audit management
- Provide input to audit scoping, contribute to the completion of audits and execution of field work
- Monitor organization's compliance with corporate ethics policies, company policies and procedures, and external requirements
- Coordinate operational testing of SOX controls
- Provide guidance/direction to management regarding internal control and financial accounting matters
- Relevant experience at a similar position in an international environment or external audit company (Big 4)
- Solid knowledge of accounting and audit principles, practices and policies is essential
- University Degree in Finance /Economics
- Good knowledge of the luxury goods market
- Fluent English is a must, French will be a strong asset
- Professional qualification (CIA, ACCA, PCA, etc) will be an added value
