Your role
Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information? Then you are the person we are looking for, as a part of the Reporting team you will:
- book transactions, control data and calculate performances and benchmarks
- prepare standard and individual financial reports in high quality and timely delivery for our clients
- execute plausibility and four eye checks for financial reporting
- gather and analyze input data from various sources in order to prepare reports
- conduct individual reporting tasks on available reporting tools and excel
- report financial information on behalf of external parties
- carry out preparation, filing and compliance in connection with local reporting requirements
- create internal financial reports including financial forecasts
- conduct quality and process improvements to ensure proper efficiency and effectiveness in reporting
Your team
You will be working in the Investment Reporting team in Wroclaw. Our role is to provide high quality reporting services for our clients and provide important financial statements. We support individual client reporting requests and deal with various reporting requirements. You will be proactively and closely work with your colleagues in Switzerland and will drive standardization of processes and gain efficiencies across the teams. The Investment Reporting offers you a diversified and challenging working environment.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- an university degree in finance or economics, with a strong understanding of reporting principles and/or a higher commercial, professional education
- previous experience in a reporting role including performance and risk analytics
- a keen interest in financial markets
- an ability to work independently, plan tasks and organize your time efficiently
- strong analytical skills
You are:
- self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- proactive and flexible in approach
- methodical, concise and accurate
- able to apply technical understanding to practical problems
- fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Italian or French language skills would be an advantage
