Currently we're looking for:
Location: Remote (with possibility of using our Warsaw Office)
Responsible for Auditing and Reporting of Stanley Black & Decker Global IT Assets. Scope includes both user equipment (desktops, laptops, etc.) as back end (servers, switches, etc.).
Responsible for reviewing inventory, planning of resources, end of life-cycles and planning & cost-calculation.

- Develop and centralize Global IT's end to end purchasing processes for all of IT goods and services and steward contract renewals to achieve continuous reductions unit cost.
- Build and continuously improve BT cost and allocation math models and provide consumption and trending reports resulting in accurate business allocation of all IT Ops resources reported in TBM to drive financial and operational decisions for the organization;
- Improve IT Ops planning capabilities and enable IT towers and IT finance to efficiently budget and forecast the full lifecycle cost of IT investments by Conducting Physical Asset Management, Centralizing Enterprise Licensing and Billing Assurance functions.
- Supports the Design, build, implement and administer monitoring and reporting tools and solutions for networks, systems and platform applications used in Lifecycle planning across all of IT.
- Supports the building of tools and processes that enable the business to move fast, without incident or downtime
- Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure/application systems such as backups, patch management, hot fixes and software releases
- Supports developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices
- Supports remote users with a focus on security and remote access
- Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and connectivity problems
- Collaborates with project teams to understand technical requirements
- Supports developing, maintaining, recommending and supporting tools and back-end utilities to provide capacity planning management
- Supports ensuring proactive and preventive maintenance activities are implemented to improve the availability of services and maintain continuity
- Provides regular status reports that will contribute to the overall report to senior leadership
- Higher Degree, IT, engineering or related is preferred
- +3 years' work experience in IT, desired in IT reporting / Service Desk
- Service Now Experience: strongly desired
- Reporting tools: Excel, Access; knowledge of Power BI: is a plus.
- Scripting skills for automation of standard tasks
- Working knowledge of database systems and applications
- Knowledge of software lifecycles and practices and how to best apply them for short- and long-term sustainable systems and teams
- Strong English language level
- Team player, with experience in coordinating / leading others
- Organized, details-oriented with good time management skills
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes
- Ability to tie together solutions across systems
