– determine required IT Solution for Business requirements and assist in implementing them
– manage the requirement gathering process and transform them into functional requirements understandable for IT Development team.
– support the IT Developers by running bi-weekly planning sessions: describing the requirements, delivering application mock-ups and indicating processes involved
– assist in quality control and project management
– identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
– prepare System requirement specification documents and participate is Solution architecture design
– work closely with business stakeholders, as well as various partners within the IT organization
– mentor junior Business Analysts in the team
