Your new company
For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior / IT Business Analyst.

Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for cooperation with both business and technical teams, gathering and analysing business requirements, documenting business requirements (using UML/ use case diagrams, conceptual/business data models). You will also analyse current processes as well as generating new business specifications, supporting User Acceptance Testing, defining and participating in the training delivery to end users and coaching other Business Analysts.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you need to hold 3-6 years of professional experience as IT Business Analyst, have very good knowledge of English language, min. basic SQL skills, strong communication and team working skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. You should have university degree in IT of business field and preferably experience in finance or banking projects. You should be open for business trips to European countries.
