Senior IT Project Manager

The new team member will have the opportunity to work on international casinos projects.
Main tasks:
- creation and control of the operation plan for the project
- running project in Agile/Scrum or other project methodologies
- coordinating project accordingly to the deadlines and budget with team of developers and QA Engineers
- ensuring developers keep to established good practices/processes and all required tests are completed by QA team
- ensuring project is properly supported, understood and monitored by the Support team
- consulting with System Administrators and deciding on appropriate servers, backup systems such as fail-over, monitoring required for projects
- consulting and deciding on architecture/technology used in the project with Technical Lead, CTO
- analysis of the possibility of goals achievement and priorities setting
- reporting on the status of coordinated actions
Oczekujemy:
- higher technical education (Computer Science)
- technical knowledge (understanding of common IT terms and technologies)
- minimum 4 years of experience in managing IT projects
- experience in managing larger teams (12+ developers)
- good knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- knowledge and understanding of project management tools (Mantis, JIRA, Gantt, Track or similar)
- experience in integration management and dependencies management
- very good knowledge of risk management
- very good communication with client skills
- ability to enforce the objectives and tasks
- great ability to be organized and multitask
- very good English spoken and written
- interest in various fields of sports - European football, tennis, horse racing (optional)
