Senior Java Developer will closely cooperate with development team in Wroclaw and Zurich developing and maintaining Java applications within the particular area of Private Banking and Wealth Management division. As a Technical Lead will take actively part in requirement gathering process and be responsible for managing relations between Polish team and Zurich stakeholders together with other technical leads from different streams. In addition will act as a coach for junior colleagues and will be involved in future recruitment processes.
Technical skills
Must have:
- Experience developing Java applications
- Continuous Integration (Bamboo, Hudson), Subversion, Nexus
- Java (J2EE, EJB, Servlets, Spring, Maven, JDBC)
- SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- Unix / Linux, Shell scripting
Nice to have:
- .NET, any of popular UI-technology (WPF, Silverlight, HTML5, ASP.NET MVC)
- T-SQL and MS SQL Server programming and data modeling skills
- XML/XSD/XSLT
- Jira, TeamCity, Confluence Wiki
- WCF, SOAP, REST, WebAPI
- Perl scripting
Soft skills
Must have:
- Education - Computer Science, Physics/Mathematics or Economics
- Good communication skills
