Managing complex application in live bank topology
Daily communicating with business
Taking part in agile development process
Taking full responsibility for the written code
Write unit tests for the code
Collaborate into document knowledge base for the written functionality/gathered info

Requirements
Strong Core Java
J2EE
Tomcat; Weblogic
SQL (Sybase or SQL Server is preferred)
Caching technology - Coherence / Hazelcast (nice to have)
