Responsibilites
Java back-end/ Hadoop platform development and implementation
Loading from data sources and Pre-processing (using Hive and Pig)
Translate requirements into design
Perform data analysis and uncover insights
High-speed querying
Support of testing in SIT and UAT environments and defect fixes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Core java
- Typical BI and BigData inegration
- SQL, working w/databases
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
- Ability to build good relationships & partnership models;
- Ability to manage deliverables of global team
- The candidate must be flexible and comfortable in an international environment/matrix organization with diverse senior stakeholders at different levels of the organization
