As a Senior Java Developer, the successful candidate will:
- Take responsibility for new features that go through multiple tiers from the browser through to the back-end databases
- Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle, following stringent rules and procedures for testing and promoting code in compliance with company change control processes
- Utilize standards, architectures, and processes to ensure that all code and development practices conform to company guidelines and industry best practices
- Provide support for the existing system where required
Soft Skills: Very good English in speaking and writing, Polish is a plus
Experience: At least 5 years of commercial java development experience
Technical Skills:
- Solid and confirmed experience in Java development on at least mid-sized projects.
- A track record of using object-oriented programming techniques
- An applied understanding of the full software development lifecycle
