- Actively perform all major maintenance, development and delivery phases and activities of MyIncidents applications based on standard JAP Swiss Hub platform within Bank.
- Support, maintain, operate and improve existing MyIncidents applications. Contribution in defect analysis and bug fixings according to internal agile methodology. Provide engineering and consultancy on data, technology and application integration issues and contributes to best practices for problem-solving approaches, tools and processes.
- Document defects, improvements regarding source code, design & implementation, data model, manual and automated interfaces.
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Several years of experience with JAVA-Development, J2EE and Eclispe-Environment (at least 4; better 6 years)
- Profound know-how of JSF (ideally CS-JSF & CS-JAP), JPA, Oracle Databases, SQL and Spring Batch Technology; fundamental UNIX knowledge
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Application Development & Design, Data Analysis, Data Modeling-tools, -processes as well as -best practices;
- Experience with Scheduled Batch Jobs (Control-M Batch Control)
- Degree in Computer Science
- Willingness to learn on the job and become familiar in short period time with the internal IT environment, processes and application; capability to corporate with near and off-shore teams
- High flexibility, stamina and performance under pressure expected
- Fluent written and spoken English, German in addition might be an advantage
