Key Responsibilities
- Consistently Produce high quality Java code through all stages of application development within the greed time lines
- Take complete responsibility of the developed components from development, testing to UAT and production deployments.
- Effort estimation of the requirements
- Documentation & quality assurance, including review of components developed
- Effort estimation for the involved requirements
- Working closely with 3rd Party Software Vendors, Lead Architects, Domain Architect, Business Analysts & Central IT Architecture teams in design and development of new features/enhancements
- Propose opportunities for technical improvements and innovation within the scope of agreed company frameworks
The project lies in the area of Payments IT. Payments is a business critical function within customer organization. It's systems process a large amount of transactions per day including International Payments SWIFT, European Payments SEPA and Swiss Domestic Payments SIC (and others as well). Payments IT is providing the IT systems/solutions for this business function. The business headquarter is in Zurich, Switzerland. The IT team comprises customer internals in Zurich, 3rd Party Software vendor mainly in Warsaw and Integration Software Layer currently in India. The goal is to setup an additional delivery center for the Integration Layer in Poland/Warsaw (close to the 3rd Party Software vendor FIS/C2P in Warsaw)
