We are team consisting of 15 people based out of Warsaw and responsible for development and support of trade order management system of one of the globally systematically important banks.
We have 9 developers, 2 QA's, BA/PO, SM, DevOps, PM
Application is running in production for 10 years already, and transferred to Poland 2 years ago.
We have 3 main roughly equal streams of delivery.
First one is delivering new features as we have a huge backlog from business to deliver.
Second one is a bugfixes. Our application is mission critical to customer.
Last but not least is a migration to micro-services. To enable rapid delivery and improve the quality we are pushing application towards a new stack and DevOps + QA Automation.
We operate in a complicated enterprise environment which is additional challenge for a team.
