Senior Java Developer

For our Client we are currently looking for specialists interested in Senior Java Developer position.

Type of employment: contract (self-employment)
Location: Warsaw, occasional business travels possible
Contract duration: till the end of 2014, possibility of extension
Salary: circa 800 PLN net on invoice + VAT per day

In general, you will be responsible for software development using Java language and related technologies. Person on this position will be responsible for research, defining, presenting and recommending software designs and/or alternative strategies. You will help to drive team in delivering customer solutions. Also, you will provide mid-level engineers with methodologies and effective techniques for design engineering and problem troubleshooting and resolution. Your responsibilities will include helping engineers with the formulation of detailed functional specifications. Your task will be to effectively interface with other departments of the company and act as a liaison or contact point on both technical and non-technical matters.

We are looking for experts with Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or related) and at least 4 years of experience in developing software using Java language. You are required to have experience in gathering requirements and creating technical specification, software design, development and testing. We are looking for developers who have experience in using technologies such as: JEE, JBoss, Apache Camel, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Web Frontend (HTML5/CSS/JS), HornetQ, Testing Tools (SoapUI, JBehave), SQL. We require fluent Polish and English.
