Responsibilities:

Strong Knowledge of Java Language
Solid Java developer with strong technical skills.
Understanding of data structures and algorithms
TCP/IP including UDP, multicast, broadcast
Network programming with Java NIO
JVM memory management and low latency systems
Strong focus on ownership of issues and commitment to resolving them, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful working relationships with peers.
Knowledge and/or experience desirable in UNIX shell scripting and build systems, such as Ant.
Clean coding skills and excellent problem solving ability.
Experience with project and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Fluent English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of financial industry
Development expertise in high performance, high availability, high throughput, low latency distributed system
