Senior Java Developer

Responsibilites
- Developing software according to given Technical Specification
- Providing technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within technology environments
- Contributing to the technical code documentation
- Designing, developing, and implementing frameworks
- Implementing fixes and enhancements
- Creating Test Plans, Test Cases and performing unit and integration testing
- Performing performance tuning / testing on application code
- Being involved in full life cycle of project
Requirements
Must have:
- Educational Qualification - Bachelor / Master's degree having 4 - 8 years of experience doing software development.
- Development skills: Core Java, JEE, Hibernate, Spring Framework, JUnit, Maven, Unix Shell Scripts
- Design Skills: knowledge of design patterns
- Knowledge of databases: Oracle
- Experience of Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development highly desirable
Desirable:
- having experience in web application development (HTML5/CSS, Spring MVC, JQuery, AngularJS)
- experience with rule engines (JRules, Drools etc.)
- experience in financial applications
- knowledge of Apache Hadoop, Hive
Experience with Basel\Captial Calculations Systems will be a plus.
