As a Senior Java Developer you will:
- Help us design, build and deliver backend components in Spring Data/Hibernate/SQL environment
- Work on normalizing and optimizing data model
- Promote and implement clean code discipline, test automation, continuous integration/deployment of changes in complex systems
- Own stories and deliveries in Agile environment
- Communicate with Stakeholders and users around the world
- Fix defects
We expect you can show:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working on different Java software projects
- Strong problem solving and investigation skills
- Understanding Agile way of making software
- You know how to test your code
- Proficiency in (and understanding of) techniques and technologies you came across during your professional duties, ideally:
- SQL with strong understanding of DB design principles and concepts)
- JPA 2.0 with examples of practical usage
- Hibernate
- Spring Data
- Java OOPs Concepts
- Unit tests framework (i.e. Junit, mockito)
- Understanding various complex combinations of OS/DB configurations
- Linux at user level
Demonstrating experience and understanding of following areas will be additional advantage
